About Alliance Building And Maintenance

Alliance Building and Maintenance is a licensed contract company.  We are fully insured and bonded inclusive of workers compensation insurance to guarantee that our clients and employees are protected.    Alliance Building and Maintenance contractor license, workers compensation certificate and Liability insurance certificate are all included in our proposal for review.

Meet Our Team

Our lead Project Manager, Patrick O’Connor, has over 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry and is an expert in planning, design and construction management.  As a skilled carpenter Patrick’s experience include both self-performed construction as well as project management of 3rd party teams. 

Harry Santoro, CPA, while maintaining role of Treasurer for Alliance Building and Maintenance also has decades of experience in home building, as he owned and managed a home building company for 20 years.  Harry’s wide range of experience across industries provides a vital role to support and consult active projects. 

Anthony Talarico and Greg Kwiatanowski each have over 20 years of experience growing a successful commercial cleaning and specialty projects company.  They are experts in finding solutions for their clients to assist them in achieving any goal.  Anthony and Greg’s success were driven largely from their ability to organize and manage projects productively, while over communicating to their clients to ensure transparency of all details as their home renovation project progresses.  

Nikki Talarico joined the Alliance Building team in 2020 to assist clients in renovation design and floor planning. Nikki started her interior design business in 2017, and has experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations along with interior styling, furnishing, decorating, and space planning. Working with Nikki allows our projects to flow smoothly and seamlessly through all phases, starting with helping clients establish their design direction, selecting products, guiding contractors through renovations and installation, and finally adding the finishing touches. Nikki's excellent communication skills and eye for design makes her a great asset on the Alliance Building team to support clients while making the many stressful decisions that come with a renovation.
